47 dwellings will be renovated in Bourassa
Building acquired by the Société d'habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM) located at 3794, Henri-Bourassa, in Montréal-Nord.
Through the initiative of the National Housing Co-Investment Fund (FNCIL) and an agreement with the City of Montreal, the federal deputy for Bourassa, Emmanuel Dubourg, announces the renovation of 47 housing units in his riding. An investment valued at $69 million.
“This commitment will make it possible to modernize and extend the life of more than 4,700 units within the city, while improving health, safety, the comfort and quality of life of tenants,” said Mr. Dubourg in a press release.
The FNCIL supports the construction and revitalization of affordable housing in mixed-use developments, where also finds a mix of incomes and modes of occupation.
