50 years old and in lingerie, these Quebec women affirm their superpower

Three Quebec women over 50 assert themselves loud and clear in the photo shoot for Les Radieuses magazine.

All bodies are beautiful, no matter how old they are. And the webzine Les Radieuses (re)confirms it with a superb photo shoot featuring three models over 50 years old.

The three women – selected among the readers of the media following a contest on social networks – pose there in lingerie, radiant and natural.

Style? Vintage, feminine and refined. Bye bye drabes underwear, and hello coquettish negligees.

The co-founder of the webzine Kathia Gailer wanted to ensure that women in this age group could finally recognize their bodies in the media. 

“The goal was to show them in all their splendour, to show their audacity and to go all out,” she adds.

The photo session is accompanied by an article recounting the whole process, including interviews with the models on their relationship to their bodies and their personal development. 

“We went there in pleasure mode. The team was 100% female,” emphasizes the co-founder. 

A second photo shoot is planned for June with a swimwear theme. 

Founded four years old, Les Radieuses is an independent Quebec webzine aimed at middle-aged women and has around thirty collaborators.
