A Nordic bite for Montréal en lumière
The gourmet program of Montréal en Lumière will be Nordic this year, with native and boreal flavors.
The & nbsp; Montréal en lumière festival has just unveiled its gourmet program – including a component on nordicity – which promises to reconcile us with the cold. & nbsp;
The event, & nbsp; which & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; from February 17th to 27 & nbsp;, & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; North (While staying & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; ; tasting & nbsp; in particular & nbsp; native cuisine and & nbsp; boreal flavors. & nbsp; & nbsp;
Numerous dishes prepared by nine owners of native restaurants in Ontario and Quebec will be on the menu. Miqmak & nbsp; Catering & nbsp; Indigenous Kitchen, & nbsp; Lysanne & nbsp; O'Bomsawim & nbsp; from Traiteur & nbsp; Québénakis & nbsp; and Maxime Lizotte from the restaurant Wigwam. & Nbsp;
This & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; ; value several & nbsp; local products on our plate, & nbsp; promises & nbsp; the organization of the festival.
