The launch of the comic strip was made on December 1st.

The comic strip Ensemble contre la COVID testifies to the contribution of thousands of Quebec healthcare professionals to access to the vaccine against COVID-19.

A total of thirty professions from the field of human and animal health, authorized to vaccinate during the pandemic, are represented in the comic strip. Drawn by Quebec illustrator Mario Malouin, the comic highlights the daily clinical practice of health professionals through testimonials, sometimes imbued with humour.

“Not only have professionals with unique expertise mobilized from the first hour to ensure vaccination for the entire population, but they are mobilizing here again for the other pandemic: mental health problems”, emphasizes Jean-Bernard Trudeau, doctor, vaccinator and creator of the project.

Indeed, the profits from the comic strip will be donated in full to Impatients, an organization that helps people with mental health issues through artistic expression. Several original works produced by participants in the Impatients comic book workshops are presented at the beginning and end of the album.
