< p>The small Shwap Club is the youth counterpart of the Shwap Club, a clothing exchange club for young entrepreneurs and young mothers who meet at Saint-Henri and Mile-Ex .
The original concept launched in 2008, for those who do not know it, works with an entrance fee of $18, at each visit, and the obligation to bring items to be able to leave with others. The physical store Le petit Shwap Club does not have these prerequisites and operates like a traditional store.
However, Le petit keeps the same philosophy as its elder, which is to offer quality accoutrements, at lower cost, while encouraging exchanges in the community.
The shop holds sizes for children 0-7 years old. Pieces for the little ones are sold at a cost of $8, imperfect items are $4 and maternity clothes are $12.
In store and online, you will find popular brands such as Zara Kids, H&M, Chrorophyle, Minoti, Souris mini, etc.
The new store on the Well will also offer a lounge area with café to allow people in the community to meet between two racksof laundry.
Members of the Shwap Club, who pay an annual subscription, benefit from certain advantages in this new shop such as paying the thrifts three dollars and obtaining a credit if they bring back clothes bought on site when they no longer fit their offspring.
