COVID-19: the decline in hospitalizations continues
Quebec recorded a drop in hospitalizations related to COVID-19, with a decrease of 62 people. Quebec also recorded a significant drop yesterday, with a decrease of 117 people. A total of 3,091 people are currently bedridden in hospitals across the province.
In terms of intensive care, Quebec also recorded a drop of 7 people, for a total of 228 people currently admitted to intensive care.
Quebec has recorded 48 additional deaths in the last 24 hours, which brings the human toll of the COVID-19 pandemic to 13,113 deaths.
Infections have reached the figure of 3,600 new cases for this new day. However, this data is not representative of the actual number of cases, since screening is limited to a limited number of people.
