Dan Marino of Mega Fitness Gym reportedly found dead

According to information revealed by the Journal de Québec and TVA Nouvelles, Dan Marino, owner of the Mega Fitness Gym in Quebec, was found dead in a residence in Boischatel, at his mother's house. 

Dan Marino had made headlines several times in recent months because of his opposition to sanitary measures, by opening his sports center despite the public health ban. Subsequently, the Mega Fitness Gym, located on Saint-Jean-Baptiste Avenue, had been linked to a major outbreak of COVID-19 in Quebec City.

Dan Marino had also been parodied on the popular end of year show on Bye bye 2021.
