“Dance!”: new fiction by Sarah-Maude Beauchesne inspired by “Revolution”
Sunny Boisvert, semi-finalist of the most recent season of “Rvolution”, contributes to the choreography of “Danse!”.
Club illico today announces the upcoming broadcast of Danse!, a fiction series inspired by the television competition Révolution and written by Sarah-Maude Beauchesne.
The six-episode drama series will follow the reality of young dancers passionate about their art who will have to face in a large-scale competition.
What awaits us: “friendship, solidarity, resilience, some French romantic, dance , dance, DANCE!” promises in an Instagram post the author to whom we owe the TV series Fourchette and L'Académie as well as the movie Coeur de slush, coming this summer.
La cast, made up of real professional dancers, notably includes Jeremyah Mogni, Xavier Malo and Vanessa Boudrias. They will be joined by Michael Deschamps, Galiam Bruno Henry, Mel Charlot, Maxime Le Flaguais and Bianca Gervais, as well as former participant of RevolutionTommy Tremblay, alias PETiTOM.

The choreographies of the series were created by Katerine and Alexandre Leblanc (Team White), the winning duo of the first season of Revolution. The winner of the popular show's third season, Yoherlandy Tejeiro Garcìa, will support them, accompanied by Sunny Boisvert, semi-finalist of the fourth season.
Dance!, directed by Patrice Ouimet (Sans rendez-vous), is produced by Fair-Play, in collaboration with Quebecor, who also produce the Sunday evening TV show hosted by Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse.
Filming has recently begun, but no release date has been announced for the moment.
