Ah, these single-use products that we buy automatically. These are the same cossins that end up costing our beloved planet dearly, but – luckily – there are green solutions! Take notes, we offer a biodegradable, compostable and/or reusable option for 10 everyday objects. They will gladly replace your everyday products (forever!).
1. Reusable Paper Towels

Bleached paper towels that have a use time of 0.5 seconds (estimated) are over. We move on to the washable bamboo paper towel which will save you bidous and which will unclog your trash.

3. Compostable Coffee Filters

Rumor has it that morning coffee tastes better when you know you produce less waste. In addition to adopting compostable coffee filters or reusable filters, you can also reuse the grounds of your coffee to mix it with the soil of your garden! The acidity of coffee can benefit your plants.
4. Biodegradable masks
If you suffocate in a fabric mask, you can always take a disposable mask, but prefer biodegradable ones. They will become your green friends for the rest of the pandemic.

Deliverance! No need to be a slave to plastic bottles for these items, and we are happy about that. The Quebec company Attitude has also launched “Leaves bar”, a range of 29 bar products, plastic-free, super soft and smelling divine. We love the sandalwood body butter.
9. Period panties

This is an eco-friendly AND comfortable product. We say “see you again” to sanitary pads and tampons, and slip on these Marie Fil menstrual panties made in Quebec with a sigh of relief.
10. Reusable Baking Mat

Forget the aluminum foil or parchment paper: the reusable baking mat is our new best friend in the kitchen. After the whole line of Ricardo products…obviously.
