“In the afternoon, the school received a call with certain allegations which were worrying by the school administration,” explains the director of the communications department and secretary general at the Center de services scolaire de la Région-de-Sherbrooke, Donald Landry. The management contacted us and contacted the Service de police de Sherbrooke (SPS) and it was agreed together to do some verification of the premises. For its part, the SPS posted a message on Facebook a little before 3 p.m. “Information leads public authorities to assess certain things. However, there would be no danger for students and staff, ”says the police force in its publication.

All students and school staff were evacuated.
