Finally an all-nighter in (semi-)present!

Cultural life resumes! After an entirely online edition last year, Nuit blanche à Montréal returns in a hybrid version in 2022, offering no less than fifty free activities across the city.

Eh yes, this February 26, Montrealers will be able to celebrate as much in the Quartier des spectacles, downtown, in the Latin Quarter, in the Village, in Hochelaga, on the Plateau-Mont-Royal, in the Mile End, the north of the city, Old Montreal, and even online.

Activities for all

Art enthusiasts can visit various exhibitions in some museums open later. This will be the opportunity to see the new exhibition L’mauve by Nicolas Party at the Museum of Fine Arts, benefiting from a special rate.

Music lovers can take a tour of the Center Phi to discover immersive exhibitions, including one that promises to be really trippy on hip-hop in Quebec.

Music fans can then move on to the Maison symphonique to attend the Mix’n’org concert, an “electro-organic” duet bringing together organist Jean-Willy Kunz in front of the Grand Orgue Pierre-Béique and DJ Pascale Project. Immediately afterwards, it's time for Innere Musik, an immersive portrait of the OSM's prestigious instrument. 

There are also plenty of other options to please night owls of all kinds. Outdoor enthusiasts may want to go skating until 1 a.m. at the Quartier des Spectacles, while literature enthusiasts can attend the evening of poetry and humorous literary debates starring Jean-Paul Daoust in particular. and David Goudreault.

Even at home

Those who prefer to stay in the comfort of their home will not be outdone. Several DJs will take part in a virtual party to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the 24h de Vinyle.

Virtual shows are also on the program.

Finally, the Nuit blanche will be celebrated in non-face-to-face also on the radio. Hosts Jean-Sébastien Girard and Nicolas Ouellet will offer special editions of their respective shows to brighten our ears throughout the night.
