Marina Bastarache and Lou-Pascal Tremblay sell their house
The couple had bought this land located in Mont-Blanc in 2021.
After a year and a half of plans, work and decoration, the couple formed of influencer Marina Bastarache and comedian Lou-Pascal Tremblay has decided to put up for sale his impressive home located in Mont-Blanc in the Hautes-Laurentides.
The couple will not have enjoyed their newly built love nest for long… Indeed, their Scandinavian-style cottage, completed last spring, is already ready to be moved on to the next one. In March 2021, the couple announced that they had purchased this land at Domaine du Sommet Vert, 20 minutes from ski Mont Tremblant and 10 minutes from ski Mont Blanc. Fans of the lovebirds were then able to follow much of the process of building and decorating their “casa des cocos” on the content creator's social media.

The finished product, now on sale, is enough to impress, especially for lovers of Scandinavian, minimalist and refined design. Outside, the house is clad in eastern Canadian white cedar and is entered through a custom-designed steel door that contrasts with the wood siding.
Inside, its cathedral ceiling, light colors, high-end light fixtures and wood-burning fireplace are charming. Thanks to their generous windows, the 11 rooms of the house – including a modern kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms – are particularly bright and, as the house is located in the heart of nature, they also offer a view of the surrounding woods.

The future owners will also have access to two different lakes, Lac Long and Lac Castor. They will also have the right to make short-term rentals to allow others to enjoy it.
The house is being sold by Christiane Perreault of RE/MAX. The asking price is $850,000.
