Metro Metro Festival: Lil Wayne less than 15 minutes on stage
American rap veteran Lil Wayne is one of three headliners for the Metro Metro Urban Music Festival, which will take place from May 19 to 21 on the Olympic Park Esplanade.
American star Lil Wayne, who performed at the Metro Metro festival on Friday night, was forced to deliver a whirlwind performance of just 15 minutes.
Before the New Orleans rapper took to the stage, the festival kicked off three hours late due to technical issues. Lil Wayne's mic cut off suddenly at 11:01 p.m., just a quarter of an hour into the artist's performance.
Despite the short length of the streak, the rapper had time to perform some of his classics.
The first evening of the Metro Metro festival ended without overflows.
