And seven! Quebecer Mikaël Kingsbury emerged triumphant from the freestyle skiing worlds this Saturday in Bakuriani, Georgia, after dominating the moguls event.

The athlete, originally from Deux-Montagnes, amassed a total of 89.82 points, ahead of Australian Matt Graham (88.90) and Swedish Walter Wallberg (88.52).

The “king of the moguls” won the title of world champion for the seventh time in his career (the fourth time in singles). Recall that Kingsbury had already won the two previous editions of the competition in Almaty in 2021 and in Deer Valley in 2019.
