Karine Tremblay La Tribune Luis Clavis released his first solo album in February. Just before confinement. In other words, the Sherbrooke singer-songwriter did not have much time to bring the songs from his album Homme objet sur scène to life.
That doesn't stop him from continuing to create new material.
Between his plural projects with Valaire and Qualité Motel, he launched a new electropop song, Disposable Kodak , which he performed in a duet with singer Claudia Bouvette.
“At the start, my personal record, I did it to prove to myself that I could achieve something else, outside of groups. Once something exists, you want to keep feeding it. So I want to continue my momentum by offering solo material that sticks to this universe. “
The tribal spirit does not leave the creative musician, who co-produced the song with Tô , a faithful accomplice within his two musical groups.
Luis Clavis will also be the guest of Christian Bégin on the set of the show Y'a du monde à messe , this Friday, November 6, at 9 p.m., on Télé-Québec.
The singer will perform one of his original compositions.
The show will be rebroadcast Sunday at 7 p.m. and Monday at 9 p.m.
