Nursing positions at more attractive terms at the CHU de Québec
The CHU de Québec has hired no less than 343 nurses since the 1st of September, an increase of 78% compared with 193 nurses hired to the same period last year. The results that the institution assigns to the attractiveness of the new positions offered, the so-called “continuity”.
The CHU de Québec announced Wednesday by press release the creation of posts of nurses “offering more attractive conditions”. The establishment explains that in the past few months, 166 posts called “continuity” were offered to the staff in place, and that these positions are now available for nurses and candidates to the profession wishing to join the team at the CHU de Québec.
