Record ratings for the “Infoman” end-of-year special
Three million people viewed Infoman's year-end review.
As was the case last year, the curfew allowed year-end shows broadcast on December 31st on Radio-Canada to achieve exceptional ratings. While the Bye Bye 2021 is close to its 2020 score, the Infoman end-of-year special has broken a record.
Indeed, three million viewers watched the year-end review of Jean-René Dufort and his team, or 9,000 more than last year.
The < em> Bye Bye was followed by 3,773,000 people, very close to last year's record set of 3,814,000.
For comparison, in 2019 – before the pandemic – Bye Bye had three million ratings against two million for Infoman , according to data from the firm Numeris compiled by Radio-Canada.
In addition, Live from New Year's Day achieved nearly two million ratings, See you next year 1, 7 million and Behind the scenes of Bye Bye 1.6 million, data slightly down compared to 2020.
