Road closures to be expected on Highway 15 as of May 7
Road obstructions are to be expected on the overpasses of Boulevard De Maisonneuve and Chemin Upper-Lachine above Highway 15 (Décarie).
Repair work will take place on the De Maisonneuve Boulevard and Upper-Lachine Road overpasses over Autoroute 15, commonly known as the Décarie Autoroute, starting May 7. This work, carried out with the aim of extending the life of the structures, will lead to the total closure at night of the Turcot interchange exit ramps.
Other partial long-term closures are also planned during work on boulevard Maisonneuve and chemin Upper-Lachine, which will only offer one lane of traffic in each direction. These two sectors are also subject to complete closures on evenings, nights and weekends. Pedestrian facilities are also planned to alleviate the complications caused by the work.
The detours will be marked with temporary signage and the population will be informed by press releases. The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable invites the population to contact 511 to better plan travel and find out if the date of the work has been postponed due to the weather.
