The exhibition-auction “Speak to me of love” continues at UQAM

The 24th edition of the exhibition-auction Parle-moi d’ amour, presented by Loto Québec, has been held free of charge at the Salle polyvalente du Cœur des sciences de l'UQAM, at 200, rue Sherbrooke Ouest, since September 15.
Since its first edition in 1999, the exhibition-auction has brought together the works of professional artists as well as those of participants in the Impatients workshops. Donations from private collections are also present.
This art exhibition-auction supports mental health, Les Impatients being an organization that helps people with mental health problems through their artistic expression.

Let us recall the objective of the exhibition-auction: to present more than 300 works by Impatients and renowned artists and to raise $300,000 through a live and online auction. These funds will allow the organization to continue to offer free creative workshops to more than 850 people with mental health issues.

On Wednesday, September 28, from 5:30 p.m., about thirty works will be placed on the premises of the exhibition for a live auction with Laurent E. Berniard, who will act as auctioneer. The virtual auction will continue until September 29, at 8 p.m.
The results of the event will be announced during the closing evening, September 29.
