TV: “Léo” and “Squad 99” back this spring
Fabien Cloutier, Alexi Robidoux and Marie-Laurence Moreau in the fourth season of “Léo”
Fans from the popular Léo series will be overwhelmed: the adventures of the likeable character created and interpreted by Fabien Cloutier will resume service in June.
We already knew last January, when of the broadcast of the third season of Léo, that its sequel was filmed. It's now official: new episodes will be uploaded to the Club Illico platform on June 2.
This fourth season takes place five years later when Paul (Alexi Robidoux), the son of Léo and Cindy (Marie-Laurence Moreau), is entering kindergarten.
In addition to this milestone event, a piece of news will change the daily lives of Walton residents.
Squad 99 in april
Another TV comedy returns to service this spring. Season 2 of Escouade 99, the Quebec adaptation of Brooklyn 99, will be broadcast on TVA on April 26.
Always located in Quebec, this crazy police comedy stars Mickaël Gouin, Widemir Normil, Fayolle Jean Jr, Mylène Mackay, Léane Labrèche-Dor, Guy Jodoin, Bianca Gervais, Louis Champagne and Jean-Marc Dalphond.
From new “saucy” characters will be added to the cast. They will be performed by Mélissa Bédard, René Richard Cyr, Eloisa Cervantes and Isabelle Vincent.
